Dear Mr. Bennett-
I am writing to express my concern at Harold Koh's nomination to State Department Legal Advisor. After reading his own comments on his political and legal views, I believe his confirmation would lead to further weakening of the US constitution, and federal adherence to constitutional law. Whether he would intentionally weaken the constitution out of malice may be up for debate, but I believe his basic political views would inevitably lead to this end.
I would like to encourage you to please vote against his confirmation. While many of your peers in the Senate believe a President should be entitled to his nominees, I believe that entitlement only holds true if the nominee will help the president to uphold the constitution. If his nominee prefers international law to constitutional law, as this nominee does, or leans towards any other unconstitutional or treasonous opinion, I believe the Senate must act as the constitutional check and balance to said dangerous nominations.

I don't understand, in regards to the auto industry and Obama, why he's got his hand in some things and not others.
For someone who isn't President yet, he seems to have his hands in everything. Planning this, naming them, starting this, blah blah blah blah blah - but the Auto Industry? No Sirree..
It seems clear to me that it's just a dirty issue, that he knows isn't going to end well. Give them money, nothing changes, they tank anyway, people go "Boo!" he doesn't want involvement in that. Don't give them money and they stil tank and people go "Boo!" and he doesn't want that either..
best thing to do? Meh. I'm not President yet, I just wont' say a damn thing.

That's one of the most horrible things I've ever read! Now hundreds of people are going to go out and start cashing in on these ridiculous rebates.
You know, it's one thing to take advantage of a legitimate, even fantastic offer by a corporation, in exchange for something like your buyer-loyalty or brand recognition.
It's entirely something else to have no intention of ever buying their product, and literally taking money out of their product.
Talk about stealing. I don't see much gray in this area. especially at the rate of 50-200$ a month!
